Embrace the truth that you matter and are already good enough.
Stay consistent with your fitness. Now is not the time to go "off".
Drink as much water as humanly possible. Trust me, you'll feel much better.
Eat as much as you choose on Thursday, and then be done with it.
Keep up all your healthy habits and choices even if you decide to indulge.
Don't be afraid to throw food away. It all eventually ends up the same place whether you eat it or not.
Choosing to exercise on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday shows radical self respect. Do it.
Thanksgiving Day is one of the best days of the year to get your walk in early. Get moving.
Vegetables are your best friend in the traditional meal of turkey, potatoes, stuffing, and bread.
The meal is important, but the people are the reason for the holiday.
