Owner/Personal Trainer, Empowerment Coach
I was once an overweight smoker with very low self esteem who didn’t care about health and fitness. Then the light went on and I changed. Once I was on the right path, I started Clear Rock Fitness because I developed a passion for helping people feel better about themselves through fitness. I wanted a place where women, especially those over 40, could get a great workout even if they didn’t feel comfortable in a traditional gym. I believe everyone deserves a place to exercise where they feel comfortable and encouraged. I know what it’s like to feel bad about your body. I’ve been there. I had just about given up when exercise helped change my life. I believe that you can transform your health no matter what your circumstances. I believe exercise can change your life.
