I have had a very positive experience with Trainer Sue. She personalizes my exercise level and that produces great results. Trainer Sue also personalized a weight loss program for me that taught me the healthy choices I could make. This greatly assisted me in achieving a successful weight loss program. Trainer Sue has a considerate and positive attitude in everything she does in both individual and small group sessions. As a result, I continue to be involved in exercising, I feel healthier and I have more energy to do my exercises. Give it a try and you will be amply rewarded.
I am in my sixties and Sue was my last ditch effort to lose weight before I developed diabetes or some other disease that affected my life (or end it). I have lost 40 pounds and have walked a half marathon and feel great. I now know how to eat healthy and how to work out and burn calories, and Sue keeps me on track and accountable. I still have issues with my relationship with food and we are working on those and I know Sue will get me through them. Sue's WONDERFUL and I recommend her to everyone. She's been there and done that so she knows where you are coming from. She inspires me to do things I didn't even know I wanted to do (walk a marathon? HELLO). Sue will probably have me as a client for the rest of my life....I want to look like she does in those skinny pants.
At 51 years old, I laughed when my husband suggested a personal trainer. I had conceded that age, metabolism, menopause and maybe even my thyroid had won and I could not permanently lose weight. Part of me wanted to pursue training just to prove I was right! Initially, the most significant thing Sue did was not have a plan. She met me where I was mentally, emotionally, and physically. As I became more comfortable with her, the workouts, the facility, she began to address the "baggage". The more my physical strength increased the more I began to kick my negative thinking to the curb. I am empowered on levels through this experience. Now, six months later I am 40 pounds lighter, five sizes smaller, and three weeks away from running my first 10K. Never knew I liked to run! Sue is an outstanding individual and excellent trainer. You will be a better you having benefitted from her training.
Having Sue as my personal trainer gives me hope that I can do this and I'm not alone! Sue is not only my personal trainer, but someone who I know will understand just what I'm going through and will guide me every step of the way! I receive a weekly Newsletter that Sue puts her heart and soul into with her own personal challenges and that proves she is a normal woman that has just like you and me! I'm down 49 pounds now and I know that I couldn't have done this without her knowledge and support!
Sue is the real thing. I don't live nearby to attend the classes but receive her support through her newsletters. The motivational section of her newsletters always seems to focus on what I need. Maybe that's because she knows what it's like to be someone who's looking to improve their lifestyle. Having lived it, she may not have always been fit, but she's always fabulous. sue is awesome! she helped me get in GREAT shape for my wedding in 2007, and you should have seen the amazing results. it's incredibly fun looking at my pictures from that day, and seeing my ripped back and biceps! sue is friendly, easy to work with and doesn't "kill" you like some other trainers do. you feel like you got a GREAT workout, and you can definitely feel the results. however, you're not close to passing out. she challenges you without pushing you over the edge...i would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend sue as a trainer.
The personal training and classes are exactly what I needed to jump start my weight loss. The motivational support is non stop and the results are lifelong!

Having Sue as my personal trainer is one of the best decisions I have ever made! She listened to my needs and knew what it would take to reach my goals. She was always there for me when I needed extra motivation. She also taught me so much about what it takes to get fit and stay fit. Now that I have dropped two pants sizes my self-confidence has sky rocketed. I feel better about myself and the energy I have now is amazing. I now realize how much I am truly capable of!
Today is a happy day. I got on the treadmill for 30 minutes and 15 of those minutes I jogged! I can’t believe I am actually running again. I am starting to wake up in the mornings with that tight feeling in my body and the inclination to get up and get it moving.
I'm feeling more empowered than I ever have. I plan on going for another walk or hike tonight then tomorrow night I plan on biking with a friend. My eating habits have gotten better. I think that food selection goes hand in hand with self-image. Now that I'm feeling better about myself and getting my self-respect back I want to treat myself better so when mealtimes come I try to make the best choices and as you said you will feel better about yourself afterwards. It's all making sense now. Thanks for the encouragement!
Just wanted to tell you what an awesome class that was this morning – I’m telling you this now, because I’m sure in a few hours every muscle in my legs and butt will be screaming but seriously, it was great!

I’m actually excited – I know that I need to be accountable and this one-on-one approach is just what I need. A month or so ago I went back to Weight Watchers but didn’t stick with it. It didn’t really matter if I gained or lost when I weighed in each week – they just took my money and wrote down the number. No one challenged me.
