I'm feeling more empowered than I ever have. I plan on going for another walk or hike tonight then tomorrow night I plan on biking with a friend. My eating habits have gotten better. I think that food selection goes hand in hand with self-image. Now that I'm feeling better about myself and getting my self-respect back I want to treat myself better so when mealtimes come I try to make the best choices and as you said you will feel better about yourself afterwards. It's all making sense now. I feel so good about almost all aspects of my life except my weight and it is starting to have a major impact on other things in my life (i.e. deciding not to go somewhere or do something because I feel fat and don’t have clothes that fit….how pathetic is that?!)
